HOW TO BOOK CAMPING PITCHES

To calculate the total cost of a camping pitch, just select the type of Weekend Camping Pass you require (STANDARD, LARGE or OVERSIZE - see below) plus add the number of 2-day Adult Admission Tickets you require.

NOTE: Children 16 yrs and under go free. No need to book child tickets in advance, parents/guardians will simply be handed Child Wristbands at the gate upon arrival.

PRE-EVENT CAMPING [Mon 8th, Tues 9th, Wed 10th, Thurs 11th June 2026] @ £20.00 per night:-

Only available for holders of a Weekend Camping Pass (purchased in advance via Ticketsource) for the following weekend's ADVENTURE OVERLAND & CAMPERVAN SHOW, pre-event camping is possible from 13:00 on any day Monday to Thursday for any size camping unit (tent or any size bike or vehicle + any number of people on board).

Pay cash on arrival, plastic not accepted. NOTE: Due to safety reasons, the camping gate closes every night at 19:00, whereupon an Overnight Holding Area (with full camping facilities) operates until 09:00 the following morning.

BIKE WEEKEND CAMPING PASS [3 nights ... Fri 12th - Sun 14th June 2026] @ £30.00 + No. of adults

Pitch size: 3m x 3m (maximum allotted area)

Camping unit: Bicycle or motorcycle + tent

STANDARD WEEKEND CAMPING PASS [3 nights ... Fri 12th to Sun 14th June 2026] @ £90.00 + No. of adults

Pitch size: 7.5m long x 6m wide = 45 sqm [maximum allotted area to include awnings, tow hitches, etc.]

Camping unit: Within the allotted area, a 'camping unit' can comprise whatever you wish ...

• Vehicle + ground/roof tent
• Vehicle + off-road trailer/trailer tent
• Vehicle incl. on-board sleeping facility

LARGE WEEKEND CAMPING PASS [3 nights ... Fri 12th to Sun 14th June 2026] @ £120.00 + No. of adults

Pitch size: 10m long x 7m wide = 70 sqm [maximum allotted area to include awnings, tow hitches, etc.]

Camping unit - ditto as above

OVERSIZE WEEKEND CAMPING PASS [3 nights ... Fri 12th to Sun 14th June 2026] @ £150.00 + No. of adults

Pitch size: 14m long x 7m wide = 98 sqm [maximum allotted area to include awnings, tow hitches, etc.]

Camping unit - ditto as above

2-day ADULT ADMISSION TICKET [Sat 13th & Sun 14th June 2026] @ £35.00

 

INFORMATION FOR ALL CAMPING PITCHES

Arrival from 13:00 ... Mon 8th, Tues 9th, Wed 10th, Thurs 11th, Fri 12th June 2026

Arrival from 09:00 ... Sat 13th, Sun 13th June 2026

Depart the venue by 16:00 ... Monday 15th June 2026.

Due to safety/security reasons, the main gate closes at 19:00 every night, whereupon an Overnight Holding Area (with full camping facilities and evening entertainment Fri 13th & Sat 14th) operates until 09:00 the following morning.

 

OPENING HOURS / ADMISSION TICKETS FOR DAY VISITORS 

Saturday 13th June 2026 ~ 10:00 - 17:00.

Adult Day Admission online in advance @ £18.50 + Ticketsource booking fee, £20 Pay Cash At The Gate.

Sunday 14th June 2026 ~ 10:00 - 16:00.

Adult Day Admission online in advance @ £14.00 + Ticketsource booking fee, £15 (reduced price on Sunday as it's our 'Family Fun Day')

 

CHILD TICKETS: Children under 16 yrs are free, therefore no need to book tickets for children in advance. Accompanied by an adult, their parents/guardians will simply be handed a wristband at the gate upon arrival.
